Architectural Review Checklist
The Architectural Review Checklist is to be completed and submitted when modifying the exterior of your home. Improvements requiring approval include major landscaping, decks, fences, playgrounds and any other improvement that alters the look of your home.
Fence Guidelines
Our community has specific guidelines for fence construction. All fences must be approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee by completing the Architectural Review Checklist.

Late Notice/Lien Policy
The Late Notice/Lien Policy outlines the process for late fees and other charges related to filing a lien in the event that a homeowner does not pay their annual dues on-time.

These guidelines were adopted by the board to allow basketball goals both permanent and portable per the listed guidelines.
RSI Reserve Study
The purpose of a Reserve Study is to provide projections of future capital expenditures for replacement and non-routine maintenance of the common property of the Association and to make recommendations regarding the member contributions that should be made to the Association's Reserve Fund over the period covered by the study. The data and recommendations provided by the study should be used by the Association to prepare long-term budgets and to project member assessments in upcoming years.
Western Regional Interceptor Project--North Pond
Bowen Engineering and Brookhaven HOA have entered into an Agreement for Use of Entry. Bowen Engineering, the Project Engineers hired by the City of Greenwood, will be using Brookhaven common area property to enter upon and store equipment and material for use during the project.
